Lake Como, itself is home to a variety of exciting and fun attractions such as water-skiing, camping, fishing, and hiking while discovering awe-striking beauty in the ever-unique Pennsylvanian forests. Tourists love to bring their families along on their Lake Como vacations, especially during the summer time, due to the many Summer events that the region hosts, for children and adults as well. There is a variety of youth Summer Camps, and one in particular is Camp Lohikan. This establishment has been family owned and operated since the 1950’s and is a slice of American history all on it’s own. The park is open daily at 8 am, except for Christmas.  Closing times vary depending upon the season.  Visitors can make use of the bathhouse, pay phones, volleyball courts, picnic areas with grills, multiple boat docks and launches, wildlife observation areas, hiking and walking trails. Although there are no camping facilities on the grounds there are several within 10 miles.

A variety of educational programs are run through out the course of the year. Learn about boating safety or discover the lives of the Lenape Indians that were the early inhabitants of the area. Each car entering the park is charged $3 and $1 for each person entering the park on foot. Annual passes are available for purchase as well as discounts available for select groups.
